I want you to be 100% happy with the products I have made. But if you are not, then you can return or exchange bought items within 30 days of delivery.
In case you wish to return or exchange, please contact me as soon as possible by email at [email protected] and provide me with your original order number, the items you wish to return and the reasons why.
All returned items should be complete, unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels.
For the exchange, please note, that only unworn, unused and unwashed items can be exchanged.
Once we receive the items we will send you a confirmation email to the address you provided.
Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be reimbursed in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
